Adding Searches to Your Watched Items

A watched search is a type of watched item that notifies you when new offerings matching a set of watched search criteria become available. Creating a watched search starts on the Search Results page.

To add search criteria to your watched items:

1. Perform a search using the criteria you want to watch. The Search Results page is displayed.

2. Click . A drop-down menu is displayed.

3. Click the My Watched Items option in the menu. The Add Search to Watched Items dialog box is displayed.

4. Complete the dialog box for the watched item.

1. Enter a watched item name

2. Enter or select an associated client or account, if desired.

3. Add any notes about the watched item, if desired.

5. Save the criteria to your saved searches, if desired.

   Click the Add to Saved Searches check box and complete the associated fields.

6. Click Save. A confirmation message is returned and an item is added to the Active Watched Items dashboard.
