Completing a Bid Wanted Request

Placing a bid wanted request begins by clicking the Bid Wanted Request link in the Orders page,

in the Bond Offering Detail overlay, or

in the Account Positions page. The Bid Wanted Request page is displayed. Follow the steps below to complete the request.

You may also want to view the "Bid Wanted" tip sheet in the Learning Center of the Tools tab for additional information presented visually.

Click if the request is complete. You can also click .The Preview Request view of the Bid Wanted Request page is displayed.

To place this request for another account or CUSIP, click .
To cancel the request, click .
To return to the page from which you selected the Bid Wanted Request function, click the button in the lower left corner.

Review the information in the Preview Request view.
Click if the request is correct. The Request Placed view of the Bid Wanted Request page is displayed.

To make a change to the request, click to return to the Enter Request Information view.
To cancel the order, click .
To return to page from which you selected the Bid Wanted Request function, click the button in the lower left corner.

Review the Request Placed view, which contains a confirmation message that includes the assigned request number.
Click the linked request number to display the Request Detail overlay, if desired.
Click in the lower right corner to display the Bid/Offer Wanteds blotter in the Orders page, if desired.
Click the button in the lower left corner to display the associated page. The button that displays in this corner reflects where you initiated the request.
- If you selected the Bid Wanted Request link in the Orders page, is displayed.
- If you selected the Bid Wanted button in the Bond Offering Detail overlay, the button is displayed.
- If you selected the Bid Wanted button in the Account Positions page, is displayed.
