Managing Orders

The Orders page is displayed when you click the Orders navigation tab or the Go To Orders link in the Messages page.

The page is comprised of a set of two panels:

• Access Tickets/Request Forms

• Order & Bid/Offer Wanteds Summary

Creating Orders and Bid Wanted/Offer Wanted Requests

The Access Tickets/Request Forms panel contains links that enable you to display various order entry tickets and forms for bid and offer wanted requests.

Viewing the Status of Orders and Requests

The Order & Bid/Offer Wanteds Summary panel contains a table with a line item for each order or request. Tabs enable you to alternate the view between order status and request status.  

Additionally, several features are available that enable you to:

• Filter orders and requests by date

• Search for orders and requests by account, CUSIP, order/request number, or rep id, or user id

• Filter orders and requests by status

• Cancel orders or requests

• View order/request detail

• View circle reserve and allocation status
