Excluding Issuers and CUSIPs from Search Results

You can refine returned search results by excluding selected issuers or securities by using the Exclude List option available from the Add Search To drop-down menu.

To exclude items from currently displayed Search Results:

1. Select the check box next to each item you want to exclude.
2. Click the Add Search To button. The drop down menu is displayed.
3. Click the Exclude List option.

4. Select the category of items to exclude.

   • To exclude securities for the issuer associated with your selections, click Exclude Issuer.

   • To exclude the selected securities only, click Exclude Security.

   The View CUSIP List - Exclude dialog box is displayed and includes the items you selected.

• If you excluded any items on the Find Bonds page, they are also included in the dialog box.

• To remove an item from the dialog box, click the associated Delete icon.

5. Click Save to continue.  The dialog box is closed and the selected items are no longer visible in the Search Results page. The search criteria are updated to reflect the exclusions.
