About the Learning Center

The Learning Center is a collection of "tip sheets" for commonly used procedures and other important information that makes using this application easier or more effect. Each tip sheet, which is provided in PDF format, briefly describes a process, screen, field, or all three elements of an application function. Screen captures, call-outs, and text boxes are used to illustrate concepts.

Tip sheets provide "quick start" instructions. They can be used as teaching tools or as reminders for activities you perform only rarely.

To use the Learning Center:

1. Click a link to display the tip sheet. The document is displayed in a new browser window that supports PDF formatted documents.
2. Use the buttons in the second browser window to manipulate (copy, save, print, page through) the document.

You must have Adobe Reader installed to view Learning Center documents.
