Manipulating a Table

Several functions are available for manipulating a table. You can:

Re-sorting a Table

You can sort a table by a particular data point by clicking that column heading.

  1. Click the column heading of the sorting data point. An arrow is displayed in the direction of the sort.

    An up arrow indicates ascending order.

    A down arrow indicates descending order.

  2. Click the arrow to toggle the sort order.

Re-ordering Columns

You can re-order the columns in a table by dragging and dropping a column into a different location.

  1. Click and drag the column heading you want to move.

  2. Drag the column until it is in the desired location.

  3. Release the mouse button to complete the move.

     

Changing Column Widths

You can change the width of a column by dragging the right column boundary.

  1. Click on the right column border. The double arrow is displayed.

  2. Drag the column border to the desired width and release the mouse.
