Exporting Search Results to a Spreadsheet
The Export button ()
is available in the Search Results page to enable you to export
search results to a spreadsheet for later use.
To export a table:
- Click . A File Download dialog box is displayed.
- Click Save.
A Save As dialog box is displayed.
- Enter a name for the spreadsheet in the File Name
field or use the default name.
- Browse to the destination folder.
- Review the Save as type field to verify the file
format.
- Click Save
to save the file to the specified name and location. The Save
As dialog box is closed and a Download Complete
dialog box is displayed.
Click Close
to close the dialog box.
You can also choose to open the file or folder where the file is
saved.
