The Start Watching Selected button is available in the My Watched Items page to enable you to reactivate watched items that have been stopped. Stopped items remain in the My Watched Items page along with their watch rules.
To reactivate a stopped watched item:
Select the check box in the My Watched Items page for each item you want to reactivate (restart).
Click Start Watching Selected. The Active column now displays Yes for each inactive item you selected.
