The My Watched Items page allows you to view and manage the items you have indicated you want to watch. You can display this page by clicking the Organize navigation tab and then the My Watched Items tab. You can also display the page by clicking the Organize Watched Items link in the Watched Item Alerts overlay.

You cannot add watched items in the My Watched Items page. You add watched items elsewhere in the application (Search Results, Bond Offering Detail, View List) |
The My Watched Items page displays the following for each bond or search being watched:

Check box |
Select the check box for one or more items that require an action; i.e., delete from list, stop watching, start watching. |
Status |
The last date and time a match was found for the watched item. If a match has not been found, the field is blank. |
| Item Name | The name of the item being watched. - If the item is a bond, the issue description is displayed. Click the linked name to display the Bond Offering Detail overlay for the bond. - If the item is a search, the name assigned to search is displayed. Click the linked name to perform the search. |

| Customer / Account | The name of the customer and/or account associated with the watched item. |
| Notes | Text associated with the watched item. |
| Active | Whether or not the item is currently being watched. - Yes indicates the item is active and being watched. Active items can be stopped. - No indicates the item is inactive and no longer being watched. Inactive items can be restarted. |
| Auto Email? | Check box indicator for daily email. Select the check box to receive email at 8A, 12 Noon, and 3P for new offerings that match the search criteria. |
| Dated added to Watched Items | The date and time the item was added to the watch list. The watched item will remain active for 14 days from the value in this field. |
| Expiration Date | The date the item is set to expire. This value is 14 days from the value in the Date added to Watched Items field if the item is still active. If the item has expired, "Inactive" is displayed in this field. |
You can re-sort, re-order, change column widths, or page through the table as necessary.
