Marking Messages as Read

The Mark as Read button, available above the Messages table in the Messages page, enables you to automatically indicate that selected messages have been read.

To mark messages as read:

1. Select the messages to display using the Display radio buttons. How?

   • Click Display All to display all messages in your queue. This is the default value.

   • Click Display New to display unread messages only.

   • Click Display Messages From to select messages for a specific time period. Select the time period from the drop-down list.

2. Select the check box in the left most column of the grid for each message you want to identify as having been read.

3. Click the Mark as Read command button. The subject of the selected messages is no longer displayed in bold.

   The Unread total in the New Messages overlay is updated to reflect the changes to your message queue.
