The Activate Alerts for Selected Rep
Codes field in the General Messages & Alert Settings
panel allows users with multiple rep codes or branch codes to select the
rep codes for which they want to receive real-time alerts. The Activate Alerts for Selected Rep

This field enables you to:
Select rep codes to view from those you can access
Add and delete rep codes from your selections
Filter the list of rep codes
Restore the default selection of rep codes
The following BondWorks features incorporate rep codes:
Email (Messages from Other Users)
Popup Alerts (Yellow message box that descends from the EasyNav tool bar)
Bid / Offer Wanted Status
Order Status
Portfolio Alerts
