Maintaining List Notes

Each row in the Manage Lists table includes a Notes field you can use to describe the list or have available when viewing or working with the list.

To enter or modify text for the Notes field:

  1. Click the Edit icon (Edit_16x16.png) associated with the list. The Edit List Notes dialog box is displayed.

  2. Enter or edit the note text in the dialog box. You can enter up to 500 characters.

  3. Click Save to save the note and close the Edit List Notes dialog box. Your entries are displayed in the Notes field of the list.
