Creating a Ladder Report

The Create Report button () in the View List - List Name (View List) page enables you to generate a PDF report of the ladder. When generating the report, you can optionally include a cover page.

To generate a PDF report of the ladder:

1. Click the arrow on in the View List page. A drop-down menu is displayed. View an example?

   

2. Click Cover Page Information to display the Cover Page Information dialog box.

   1. Complete the fields as appropriate for the cover page.
   2. Click Save to save your entries and close the dialog box.

3. Toggle the Include Cover Page menu option to indicate whether or not to print the cover page with the report, if present.

   • To print the cover page with the report, select the Include Cover Page check box.
   • To exclude the cover page from the report, clear the check box.

4. Click Create Report to generate the report based on the selections in this menu. A PDF report is generated and displayed in a second browser window.

5. Use the buttons in the second browser window to print, save, or email the report.

6. Close the second browser window when you have finished printing or viewing the report.
