Using  the Quick Pick Manager

The Quick Pick Manager link will be found in the sub navigation menu below the tabs by clicking on the Administration tab.

To add a saved search to the list in the Quick Pick Manager:

  1. Select the asset type by using the pull down menu in the upper right area of the screen.

  2. Click the Add button.

  3. Enter the search criteria to be saved in the fields provided. If any of the Exclude boxes are checked, that criteria will not be included in the search.

  4. Enter a name for the saved search in the blank field found at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Click Save. The saved search can now be found by refreshing the Quick Pick Manager screen.
