Choose a search category in Search for Offerings.
Note. Change the Bonds Per Page field at the bottom left of the Advanced Search page to a minimum of 100 (the default is 50). You must be able to select all of your choices from the bonds shown on the Search Results page. If you make your selections and then use the Prev or Next buttons to see other retrieved bonds, the selections you have already made will be erased when you move to another page.
After choosing search parameters, click Search.
Click the box in the far left column of the Search Results page for each bond you want to Edit. To select all bonds retrieved by the search, leave the individual boxes unchecked.
Click Edit Bonds.
FIO displays the Edit Inventory page with your selections to be edited.
Type the changes to be made directly into the fields provided, or use the pull down menus when offered.
Action - Identify the inventory as an Offer, Bid, Bid/Offer etc. You can also remove this inventory by selecting Delete.
Firm - If you mark an offering as Firm, you guarantee its availability.
Pricing - You may enter a Bond's price in one of three ways:
Yield: Enter the offering yield.
$Price: Enter the dollar price / $100.
Spread: Enter the spread in basis points. You must also enter the Spread To CUSIP.
First select the Price Type, then enter the appropriate value in Yield/$Price/Spread.
